Does anyone know the best filler for those bean bags which you can heat in microwave/cool in freezer? Rice doesn't hold cold well at all.

What about buckwheat? Any idea where to buy online. Lots of advice on making them but I just wANT to buy a few, esp the long, neck wraps.
