News, 'Extreme Couponing' Tied to Newspaper Thefts.
This is actually very true. I work for a newspaper and we are having problems with people stealing as many newspapers as they possibly can either from stands or from their neighbors. If a paper is not delivered, the subscriber can call customer service and a new paper is delivered at no charge. This service, for Sunday deliveries, has really increased in the past few months.

What I don't understand is why someone who is making money off of the paper....wouldn't just purchase the additional Sunday (and coupon day) papers since they are only $1 - $1.50 at Walmart or any other number of vendor outlets.
