I just have to say that I am very impressed with Staples. I have bought 2 FM transmitters for my iPod, neither worked very well, and I returned both of them on two separate occasions. One of them was in that plastic blister packaging that is impossible to repackage. Both times I was able to get a full refund without any trouble whatsoever, and it was FAST.

So, kudos to Staples. Credit where it's due. It really was....easy. (No, I don't work for Staples.)

Staples is an undervalued chain IMHO. Every time I go in that store I get service as if I'm buying supplies for an entire corporation, their prices are great, and their rebates are a breeze.

To all: Before you go giving Walmart your money for substandard office supplies, check out Staples. Their prices are very competitive. They sell some of the best name brands out there, but their store brand stuff is also top notch

Oh, and of course individual results may vary, but my local store manager remembers my name and says hello even though I only go in about once a quarter. It's like getting service from 50 years ago.

Staples is a GREAT store. It's where I bought my computer and get all my office supplies. I always get great, friendly service there and good prices. This is in stark contrast to the horrid "Office Depot" where I couldn't get anyone to wait on me among other issues I won't go into. Highly recommend Staples!
