Though stainless steel cookware has been regarded a secure alternative, it does have one drawback. Stainless steel cookware is created having a mixture of stainless steel, chromium and nickel. None of these are dangerous in tiny doses, but quite a few people are allergic to nickel. Should you be allergic to nickel, you need to refrain from utilizing stainless steel cookware.
