I've bought several pieces of furniture -- large computer desk, file cabinets, table, etc -- from Wayfair over the past four years. Wayfair shipped quickly and all the furniture arrived intact. All my transactions with them have been excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to order from there again.
I've order from them several times the last couple of years and have never experienced any problems. I orderd several items this year for Christmas gifts. I did have an issue with a personalized item. I called customer service, my problem was taken care of very quickly and the item even arrived before Christmas!
I've ordered from them, but not furniture. I've gotten area rugs, and was very happy with both the price and the quality. Others I know have used them often, without any problems.
I ordered one item from them because the price was excellent and had free shipping, but before I did I questioned the customer service person about anything I could think of in case I had to return the item (a 57 lb. 4 drawer chest for my foyer). Everything about the process was great, I highly recommend Wayfair.

I have ordered area rugs from Wayfair and have been pleased so far. This Christmas - I also ordered an endtable and I love it. No problems thus far.
