I shop at Wal-mart and thrift stores. I have no need or want to waste money on clothes and accessories. I would have to change stores if I ever needed a dressy outfit.

I am also short and it is very hard to find clothes that fit.In most stores , if I am not lucky enough to arrive on the day that they put out the merchandise, all the size fours (they only order one or two of them) are gone and I am out of luck.

I've got the same sort of problem. I'm a size six but have a 36" inseam. Most of the tall's aren't even tall enough. I swear, I try on about 200 pairs of pants before I find one that fits and I only bother to try on the ones which look as though they might work.

I mainly shop at the Salvation Army and Marshals. I buy things on sale.

I also shop online, for example Zappos.com for shoes. Recently I got a pair of running shoes on sale at nordstrom online.

I have a Amazon.com Visa card so I get $25 coupons for purchases on Amazon and I use those to buy everything from printer supplies to beauty products.

During this recession economy it has been so hard to find greats deals but this weekend that was solved. Americas Basics - Cute Tops & Tight Tee Shirts | America's Basics Fashion I bought 8 shirts, tanks , hoodies and leggings for way under $100 and they weren't even on sale. It is so nice to have basic clothes so cheap! Oh and they have FREE SHIPPING!

I shop TJ Maxx or ebay. I wear a size 2 or 4 and a size 1 short in jeans. Ebay has a much larger selection of jeans in my size than any store. If you know how the different brands fit you, it is easy to shop for them on ebay. I recently bought a dress on ebay (new with tags) for $25. The tags from Nordstrom's said $125. It was flawless and fit perfectly.

Shoes I have to try on. I wear anywhere from a 5 or 5.5, to occasionaly a 6. Cannot buy them sight unseen.

I have to try everything on, even the same manufacturer sizing is different. I can wear anything from a 12-14 girls, 0-1-2-3, my OLD clothing that I've had for 15+ yrs. that are 3-4 (but now the sizing has changed). Shoes I really have to try on - I have a small bunion but it really affects how painful a shoe is

I mostly shop at: Macy's (because I'm a vendor there and get to see some deals), Marshall's, TJMaxx, Ross.

My favorite line is J.Crew. After that, it’s Banana Republic and The Gap. None of those stores are typically affordable, but their sales can be amazing - sometimes not so much at J.Crew. The outlets are not bad either. I've opted for shopping newsletters too, so that I can keep an update on all offersand sales that my favorites stores offering.
