Retailers who give in-house gift cards instead of refunds

So weird that they pretty much forced that gift card on you, mailing it!

But I wonder why they couldn't have just ordered it in the store when you were standing there the first time! They could have lost a sale because it gave you the opportunity to look elsewhere online, since you were going to have to do a Web order anyway (and, if you were me, probably frustrated with not somehow being able to get what you wanted the first time out).

When this type of mistake is done by anyone than say him/ Her to refund your money if he/she can't back your money and give some type of gift card but you are not interested in any gift card than complaint with General Manger about his/her bad service and if he/ she didn't do anything than put complaint against store in consumer forum.They will take legal action.So that this type of fraud stores can't cheat there customer in future.
