Looks like their legit. They sell on Amazon and many shoe stores. If I were you i would use the store locater and see what stores close to where you live so you can see the shoes close up and personal with the shoe and ask questions.
There are complaints about them, but I don't think any of them are serious. You can Google MBT complaints.

I ordered shoes from that website and the shoes arrived today. The mbtbrandshoessale is Chinese run and the shoes were shipped from China. However the MBT shoes were manufactured in Viet Nam. The shoes were a size larger than I ordered, and the craftmanship was spotty. I do not recommend mbtbrandshoessale.com. Thanks for the responces.

Do not order from that website store. If you need to exchange anything, they tell you not to. I was told by the store that it would cost 70.00 to ship the shoes back . They are in China. The shoes cost 105.00.
They suggested that I keep them and sell them to someone else. I needed a different size because their sizes are not correct US or EUR sizing. They are off by one size completely.
DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY.
I've ordered from there before however you need to make sure you know your sizes prior to ordering as they DO NOT accept returns, it sucks but oh well what can you do about it...its there policy.
