I have really been thinking about this. To Old Navy:Change back to your old store layout. The way it is now reminds me of trying to corral steer.Barnes and Noble - Bring back the comfy chairs (I do know that will never happen and that B&N and the other chain book stores are on their last legs- I'm the OP of the infamous B&N Comfy Chair thread.) To all retailers: train the clerks to be friendly, unobtrusively. I do not want a disembodied yelled out greeting the second I walk into the store. If we are within normal greeting range ok, but otherwise no. I am typing from the phone please excuse typos.

I probably do 80% of my shopping online, don't have to worry about people that are not making enough to care about customer service. I think not only B & N but also paper books are on the way out. Digital downloads are so much more convenient, now even the library
is doing them.
