Ok all summer long I have been saving bottle caps and enter in the code numbers to gain points. I have yet to spend any reward points due to I would love to earn a huge amount of points and at least be able to get a decent size prize.

I hate their website due to it to graphic heavy and takes forever to load and sucks up alot of resources and Im on a high speed rather new computer.

Another thing that bothers me is the codes in the caps are not legible and it takes forever to strain your vision to read what is inside the cap.

Cap limit you are only allowed to enter a certain amount of cap codes per day so I usually do this on a monthly basis.

I went to log in yesterday and they wiped out all my points due to I didnt log in soon enough so they expired the points I have earned.

How is this even legal or even a way to not make loyal customers go elsewhere? And I do mean switching soft drink brands.

If they didnt have such a hard site to navigate and caps that are hard to read I might would have log in more often but instead I always get frustrated with the lag. If any of you have tried to enter in your code points you know what I am talking about. It more frustrating to enter the points than to make it worth while.

My son does it. Not sure what he can earn, but he is always leaving bottle caps at the computer.

I tried, but like you I had some problems and decided it just wasn't worth the aggravation!! So many of these so-called rewards/contests type things seem to be a joke. It seems a way for them to get into your computer and create problems. Just my own opinion. Now days we have to be so careful about that!

I do it - they used to have better rewards. We don't buy a ton of their products though I have redeemed for some things.

Tip: The caps: remove that plastic liner in the cap - much easier to read.

Default Get back at mycokerewards.com

Let me tell everyone about my experience and then maybe as a group we can put pressure on Coke to fulfill their obligations. When Coke changed over to their 120 point per week gimmick, they must have gone through some kind of upgrade. Much like everyone else, I started having problems entering codes where I didn’t have the problem before. I filed a complaint with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer services here in Florida and they took up my concern with Coke. My complaint has been delayed only due to Coke delivering a fictitious address on most of their websites. If you send correspondence to the PO Box 1734 address it will get sent back by the post office. Their real address is:
The Coca-Cola Company
One Coca-Cola Plaza
Atlanta, GA 30313
Their tech support general mailbox is: mycokerewards.general@na.ko.com
BUT if you live in Florida and are having problems with mycokerewards then send a letter to:
Joann Davis – Regulatory Specialist III
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services,
The Capitol,
Tallahassee, FL 32399-0800

You can reference my case # if you need … it’s reference # 0903-10080/JD

If you live in a state other than Florida, then write to your consumer services advocate and let them know that there’s a problem.

I have a few points about this.

Yes, I did sign up for it. THen promptly forgot my password. Requests for a new password have been ignored. I'm getting ready to just try opening a new account for it, even though it means that I lose the points I already added--they keep warning me in emails, but won't help me with the login process.

I believe the first few caps I added, I put in for a "chance" to get some rewards, like a bean bag chair, or something similar to that, plus a few other things. I'd rather redeem the points and KNOW I'm getting a T-shirt, ball cap, lighter, etc...rather than entering a lottery type thing where I only get a "chance" of being picked. I also miss the possibility of lucking into a "free 20 oz. Coke" like you used to be able to do! Now you get to enter codes...and frankly, the difference between zero and the letter O will throw me off every time. I can't say for sure, but there might be other "tricky" ones, like S and 5. Even though many of them are from the Lemonade drink, it rarely gave me the option, so I put them in as Vaults (also black caps).

Yes, PITA all around.

I agree with those who say the quality of rewards has gone way down.

My dh has been entering in the point numbers for awhile now. Before we left for our vacation, I "cashed" them in for 4 coupons for free 20 oz sodas and 2 12 packs for the trip.

Totally worth the 15 minutes per week (or so) he has spent on the website while waiting for emails to download or Work Orders to post.

Does anyone remember the dollar tabs?

At some point in the late '80's or early '90's, coke used to print dollar amounts on the bottom of can tabs. You save them, mail them to coke, and they send you a check.

I saved up one summer and got somewhere around $50 back from them (with tabs I got from family/friends).

and to the OP/ a high-speed internet connection is not the same as a "high speed computer".

I visited the site and it took all of 1 second to load.
