I have to tell you about a company I found on line
"mrbucks.com" I got my personalized ribbons from them...When i Received the order, it was ALL wrong!. I got so upset, I called them up and realized it was ME who screwed up. Instead of hanging up on me and saying, "look theres nothing i can do for you" he re-did the order the way i originally wanted NO CHARGE, however I was reminded how important it is to read everything before you press the "submit" button. (SO TRUE) I was very touched, and wanted you all to know. Now thats customer service for sure!!! The gentlemans name was Bob. I urge anyone who needs ribbons or personalized stuff like napkins etc... to consider this company,, and by the way, even though the original batch of ribbons were not what I wanted,,,they were in fact beautifully made. The quality was top notch. The website is mrbucks.com.
