I bet any Lexus dealer could do that for you, search on google for the number and give them a call.

You may be able to purchase a fob from ebay, but as you included absolutely no useful info in your post, you're pretty much on your own.
It is likely you will have to visit the dealer to get the fob programmed, but as I know nothing other than Lexus I can only guess.

Rip out the wiring and replace the engine with a 17 hp briggs and straton, and use a screwdriver to short across the solenoid to start it.

You bought into the Borg, you have to plug into the Borg from time to time.

Or try your local locksmith, a guy in the Automotive forum ended up doing that a saved a bunch.
