Has anyone dealt with a Kohls customer service rep? I placed an order and about 3 hours later I saw the email confirmation and the zip code was incorrect on the shipping address. (My fault it was a typo). The rep (clearly NOT in the US since I couldnt understand her) said they couldnt change it. The zip is in the same city (going to a PO BOX). Anyone know what can happen? Any way I can still get it even if it's the wrong zip?
This was a gift and the whole return process is going to take too long for me to get it in time...
Any way I can reach the distribution center its coming out of?
