House and car/van, a waterfront lot and my custom restored antique gas stove. The stove was a "present" for my old house, lol.

House... $120,000.. bought at auction october 2016 and I could sell it for $170,000 today with about $7500 invested in it. I just had a new breaker box installed for $1200.. Square q DO... along with baseboard heat in the finished lower level, and radon mitigation installed last fall, along with painting most of the upstairs myself, replacing the carpet, etc.

House... bought in 2009 for $38000... sold for $35000 12 months later which was actually break even as I got a $3000 first time buyer tax credit which I didn't have to pay back any of as I sold the house for a $3000 loss. I got tired of the commute. I knew this going in which is why $35,000 happened to be my price floor.

Car ... $20,000 cash (in the year 2000.. Pontiac Grand Am Gt)

Car ... $18,000 cash (in the year 2016, that's right I had that other car 16 years) Toyota Camry XLE V6 2012 with 23,000 miles

TV... LG 65 inch OLED TV 4K with 3D and curved screen... $2350 minus $100 ebay bucks minus $500 citibank price matching .. this was a few weeks ago (2017)

Sandy Bridge computer build... (2011)... around $1500.. plus various upgrades to the video card, solid state drive, etc. since then.

Home theater system... around $1500... consists of Polk Monitor 70's in the front, monitor 60's in the rear, CS2 center, and an upgraded $550 subwoofer. The subwoofer was the most expensive component. I thought about upgrading it with a recent slickdeal but it does what I need. I'm not going to upgrade something just because...

I'm pretty boring. I wish I lived near the great lakes or the ocean but like my job and don't want to start over somewhere else yet. I want to invest my crypto currency profits and get more cash.. get to about a million in liquid assets and then I'll go live on a sailboat somewhere. I'm single so my living expenses are low. I don't see that changing any time soon.. I have a hard time attracting women with my winning personality.
