3 months ago I bought a new bedroom set online for $3200.

I still haven't received the bed, because the delivery men took it back due to being too defective to put together.

Mirror--has 5 holes in the paper inlay between the mirror and wood. Only noticable when standing directly in front of mirror.

Dresser--frame is crooked on one side and one of the drawers is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the others which are supposed to be the same size. Again, not very noticable, but it's still defective.

I listed the defects on the invoice I signed.

What would you do...
a) Request they redeliver a new, nondefective set?
b) Accept the defective furniture for a discount? (if so, what percentage off or what amount do you consider a good deal? It cost $3200, but another website sells the same set brand new for only $2500.)

I tried returning, but they are demanding a $1600 restock fee which I will NOT pay! The contract says they'll exchange defective furniture free of charge, but now they are being rude, saying it's the manufacturers fault and I shouldn't expect perfect furniture...
