I'm getting really frustrated about Best Buy not sending me the $100 gift card they owe me, and I'm wondering if anyone here has any suggestions about what else I can do to get it. Here's the story:

I bought a washer, dryer, and fridge 2 months ago, and as part of combining a certain washer and dryer combo, I was also supposed to get a $100 Best Buy card along with it. I have now called 4 times and they just won't send it. The first 2 times, it was "in the mail". The last 2 times, they said they wouldn't send it because of various excuses, none of which are valid, such as - I never called to say I didn't receive it (not true); it's over 60 days since I ordered my items and they won't honor a promotion after 60 days (true that it's over 60 days, but that's because of them, not me); I ordered at the end of November, but didn't take delivery of the appliances until mid-December (so what?); and the newest one - no such $100 card offer ever existed. That last one is just crazy, as not only have the first 3 calls agreed that it was part of the purchase, but the exact same offer is still up online now for the exact same appliances. Whenever I talk to a new person, along with a new excuse comes a "well, they shouldn't have told you that" about the previous excuses.

The only phone number I have is their general toll-free number, and they always says that they'll forward my concerns on to the "research team", and that the research team has the last word. Of course, I'm never allowed to talk directly to thie research team. I did receive an email from them, though, with the "over 60 days" excuse. When I called the general number again to talk about that excuse, they said that isn't really the reason, and they gave me the "no such offer ever existed" reason. I was told that my only next step would be to email the research team back, but that it would probably be 1 to 2 weeks before they responded, and again, only by email.

Does anyone have any suggestion as to what else I can do? Not only is $100 not champ change, but at this point, I am just determined to not give up on getting what is owed me.
