I'm not sure if this is the right place, so if it's not feel free to move it Mods. Anyways, here's my problem:
I have an online account for the Dunkin Donuts cards that I have where you recharge them on line. Anyways, the credit card I have on file expired last month, so I got a new card with a new expiration date. Since it's the same number, it won't let me add the new card with the new expiration date, but it also won't let me edit the original card online, so now I'm stuck with no credit card and have been on hold waiting for a rep for 30 minutes. If anyone also uses this, is there a way you can delete a card online instead of with a rep?? Normally it doesn't take 30 minutes to get connected to a representative.
