Oral B Vitality. $19.96 with free shipping on Amazon and similar at Walmart/Target. I have two homes with one in each home. They're both 4 years old and doing fine. If it dies, it's $20 bucks to replace it. I spend more on toothpaste. You turn it on. It briefly pauses the motor after 3 minutes to tell you you've brushed long enough.

I think anything beyond a basic rechargeable toothbrush is a gimmick and my dentist agrees.
