Anyone have ideas on where one can buy cute maternity clothes? I am not pregnant, but want am thinking about getting a cute outfit or two for a friend who is. Just something to make her feel special I've seen some cute stuff at Ann Taylor LOFT and I think their sizes correspond to pre-pregnancy sizes, which would be good because I have no idea how maternity clothes are sized!

The most comfy and cute maternity outfits I bought were from Gap and Old Navy. I don't know if they make preggers clothes anymore.

I could never handle a belly band, it was just too tight and painful for my big belly. But then again I had big babies, my last was 9.13. I'm not a big girl either, I'm only 5'2".

I bought a lot of my maternity clothes from Motherhood Maternity.

Thanks for all of the opinions. That is great to know about the bella band! It seems like there are so many options for maternity clothes now than there were a few years ago. It is great to see great brands take on this market. I saw some great stuff on the Ann Taylor LOFT website that was on super sale. I'll have to wait and see how big she gets, I guess, before I buy anything.

Motherhood Maternity!!! They have absolutely ADORABLE clothes for a good price. And, they offer a small section of plus sized maternity clothes, if she is plus size.
