Has anyone bought a mattress online from TN? I'm considering it, but wanted to get some feedback.

Their prices are very reasonable and return policy extremely generous. Checkout www.tuftandneedle.com if interested.

And no, I am not affiliated with them in any way!

The problem with buying on line is that you have to set up your new mattress and then dispose of the old one yourself. If you damage the new one, it is your problem.

Consumer Reports recently had an article on how to buy a new mattress, which is a good read.

Not so with with T&N. I just bought one and I LOVE IT!
The trash men picked up my old mattress. They'll take one at a time.
I'd listed it as free on NextDoor but no one came to get it. I had it at the curb and the trash men took it.
T&N will have your favorite donation truck pick it up. T&N guarantee is 100 nights free. If you don't like it they will arrange to have it picked it up for free.
Most of the websites I searched selling mattresses give you 100 nights to make a decision.

How T&N got a mattress in that small of a box I'll never know!
