Or do you just go out the door as you are. For a casual shopping trip, just to the superemarket or something, or to run out for fast food.
Do you put on different clothes, or straighten your hair, or put on makeup, or just go as you are?
Myself, I always put on long, pants, a button shirt, and proper shoes, even if I'm just going to the ATM, or to the office to pay the rent. I'm very old fashioned about things like that. If nothing else, I feel like I place myself in a position to get more serious consideration from shop employees.

I have to, because I basically live in pajamas when I'm home. But, I just throw on jeans and a t-shirt and the cursed bra, run a brush through my hair and put on lipstick. Nothing fancier than that just to run around doing errands.

I love pajamas. I don't sleep in them...just wear them around the house.
When I go out I'm dressed decently. That means a shirt with a collar and pressed pants as well as being shaved, bathed, and have a good haircut. That's for going anywhere.
We-ll, I am usually in a Tac shirt, jeans, boots, tee, socks, undies, and bush hat anyway when I am away from the ranch, but it is usually not for the standard of dressing up but rather my way of dealing with the elements. Sweat is better than sunburn....or worse.
Further, shopping usually comes on trips to work for 10 miles one way out of town is too far not to make trips efficient.
