If you wander over to the Green thread, they were discussing splitting the two-ply into one-ply rolls. I don't think it was a joke, and it scares me.

One ply sucks! Might as well just wipe with your bare hand. I guess that would eliminate those annoying little dingleballs though!

For the past three years I have been wondering the same thing about TP~Is there a TP Mafia? Every product has changed (for the worse) and the prices rise every week (it seems). It's one product that everyone uses and depends on, so who is controlling the prices and it's quality? What can we do about this? Anyone have a suggestion or solution?

I believe that there is a TP Mafia~ They have all the rights to our most delicate American resource. They keep rising the prices and playing games with the size, quality and softness. Hey, Charmin don't make me go to England for TP. Stop this nonsense NOW

I guess TP went through the same thing as many other things: everything has to be bigger and bigger.
--> Houses are bigger, with bigger bathrooms, so toilet paper rolls have to be bigger.

I hate being forced to buy a dozen double rolls at one time. I like a nice 4 pack...that is it....nothing complicated.

I have my own bathroom, no one else is going to change it for me.
