Wow, that sounds cheap, for our area! Last year, I bought a fake tree, so I could have it up longer! For 50 years, I've had a real tree--but it's waaaay too much trouble anymore! The watering, the falling needles.... I burn a candle that smells like pine....it works!

Dang sounds cheap. The cheap douglas firs were about 4-5' and $20, but the larger 6-7' were $45 or more from what I remember last year. I remember lots of trees that were $50 and up but mostly $65 for a 6-7'.

I was considering going the fake tree route, but others were against it because of the smell...a candle would work...but it would never be the same lol
