One word comes to mind, VOMIT ! I can't stand that guy so much I wouldn't even take any of those products if they were given to me. I change channels for all commercials but his gets the quickest change.

"Hi..., it's Billy Mays here" Oh, no,... informercial time.
Well.. that was then.
Since he's passed on, we don't hear so much from him. Occasionally see his pic if we happen to go near a "As Seen On Tv" store.

Now... we've got, "you'll like my nuts"... Vince? [did I get that right?] The Slap Chop guy.

Don't those tv people know we have mute buttons and change channels?
True. Sometimes we get caught off-guard if we were napping just prior to it.
I hate when any loud commercial comes on and it's volume level has been upped double than that of what we'd been listening to

Willie Mays died of a heart attack at 50 years of age in June of 2009. He lived in Tampa, FL. His friends and family said he was a sweet soft spoken guy when he wasn't pitching for television ads. That was his job and he did it well.
