Microsoft Hit With A Second Xbox 360 Class Action Suit -- Microsoft Xbox 360 -- InformationWeek (http://74.125.47.132/search?q=cache:KpJfbAUB0EMJ:www.informationweek.co m/news/software/showArticle.jhtml%3FarticleID%3D201002267+microsof t+xbox+360+class+action+lawsuit&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=3 &gl=us - broken link)

Just a few links to the law suits that have been filed. So far I am a aware of 3 class action lawsuits in different States. Shouldn't some people be fired because of the bad business decision to lie to the public instead of repairing the issue before selling specially since they knew the issue was there.

Now it is costing way more money and probable people will losse their job because of the money that has to be paid out. The people who will loose their job are probable not the same who made the decision to do nothing!!!

interesting. My xbox ruined a few of my games through normal use. Microsoft actually replaced it for me, although it was past the warranty date...so they apparently recognize that their machines do damage games.

Is this anywhere near current? None of those links posted are from within almost the last year and a half, and the first one is about an update that came out over 2 years ago.

A little confused here - is this a new development?
(not an attack. I don't have a 360 but my brother has one that's already been reworked because it caught the red ring of death)

The only type of hardware Microsoft has ever made that's worth buying is their mice.
