In my new job, I need a headset for my phone. I have tried the over the ear, in the ear and over the head sets. They all hurt after a couple of hours. Anybody have any recommendations?

TIA!

I use a Plantronics dual-ear headset with padded ear cups that I find to be quite comfortable. (And, coincidentally, inherited from a former call-center rep years ago when his job was eliminated.)
