This VERY attitude is why your sister is doing what she is doing. You don't think she did anything wrong because its a huge corporation. Stealing is stealing, its not about Macy's, its about the REALITY that your sister broke the law. The law is not fluid depending on the money or power the victim has.
Your sister should get hit hard with every punishment they can give her so maybe it will sober her up to the realities of life and she can live a law abiding life from here on out.
Sadly I doubt that will be the case since YOU, her sister and evidently your parents are asleep at the wheel when it comes to parenting her.
