I spent under $500 for everyone. For the past few years, we have really cut back. We don't need anything and if we want something, we buy it. We only buy for the little kids but we do tip service people.
Zero. Nothing. Nada. I sent a few cards, baked a few gifts. Family and friends know I do not make a fetish of getting everyone a gift. Over the years I found most of the gifts I gave and got to be a waste. I would rather do other things to prove my love and spirit of Christmas than spend money unnecessarily.
There are only a few little ones I see once in a while, and they are being raised with strict Christian principles and so that part of my family is content with blessings instead of bargains.
I spent under 100.00. That was for 2 friends, my Dad and my Brother. My daughter and I decided not to buy as we spent Thanksgiving together which cost us both quite a bit.
For me to know where i got all my good deals, and not for you to find out!
