i saw in the paper today where it was going to get into the 90's up there over the week end!! its cooler down here, this is crazy!

stormweary, it was an assault on my body. One minute it was so cool I had to get an extra parker, the next morning 80-something and two hours later over 92.

It's just beginning to drop!

It is crazy, isn't it! I've already had 3 bottles of 33.8 fl. ozs of water and still parched!

looks like you'll be getting some relief soon. Its been averaging mid 80's here during the day and mid to upper 60's at night. the humidity here hasn't gotten high.. yet.. at least for me. I've had the a/c on a few times but not all the time...yet...

Looks like the price of milk will be going up here, the local dairy is going bankrupt.

This sounds bad. I know so little about Alaska, but is it possible to encourage another local dairy to increase their production, or do folks have the capacity to have a cow or two on hand?

At Walmart in Fl. it was $3.92.......gass at Hess was $2.98.....as of yesterday
