Have you ever got so fed up with a store (online or otherwise) that even though you loved their stuff, you just couldn't bring yourself to ever shop there again?

Just curious about people's experiences and how long you held out before succumbing once more

YES! One online seller has the best perfumes; she makes them herself and I cant find that exact scent anywhere. (Believe me, I've tried.) I love the scent so much that I've tolerated her airhead-spaciness in losing my orders and her slow shipping far too many times. I finally decided NOTHING was worth the frustration. I bought from her maybe a dozen times and havent bought from her in several years. I still miss that perfume but I dont miss the aggravation.

Happens all the time. Winn Dixie used to have some awesome meat, and was decent in prices. They ruined it so bad they had to file for bankruptcy. General Cinema was the nation's largest theatre circuit. They became so hidebound that they failed even when individual managers tried to keep customers. Don't even get me started on the phone companies.

What really annoys me is that when you complain you either get handed a lecture on why they're doing what they're doing or some twerp from HQ calls and asks what they can do to fix your problem? Excuse me, but if you're in Customer Service I should not be telling you how to do your job!
