Phoning the U.K from the U.S.A (store, phone service, online)

Hi...
Can anyone help, I'm trying to find a number that would give access to calling the U.K from the U.S.A at local rate.
I managed to find italk which lets me call the states at local rate, just a bit stuck looking for it to work the other way around.

I use lingo
Lingo VoIP Phone Service
runs out about $24 a month but I use it a lot to call the UK

I pay 7c a minute with Time Warner cable VOIP. Vonage is unlimited calling to UK. You can also use Skype which is free. As for same as local...haven't been able to find one. Let me know if you do as I call my family a lot in UK.

I'd go online and find a cheap prepaid calling card. I bought one that gives a rate of 3 cents a minute to australia.

I'm not sure if you are in the states now but my Aunt calls Scotland often and uses a prepaid international phone card. She usually picks them up in a CVS store or a KMart.
