A $100 foam flip couch I bought from JC Penney in 1983. It was my only sofa for 10 years, until I could afford a "real" sofa; we still have it in one of our spare bedrooms, and our guests still think it's comfortable!
Definitely my Zen Micro MP3 Player I bought it six years ago for $150 and it's still alive and kicking, after multiple drops nonetheless I think I had one issue with it a few years ago. I just sent it back to them and they sent me a new one free of charge. Pretty sweet deal.
The best $20 I ever spent was for a Thermos brand thermos. It's a one liter thermos I used for coffee while on road trips or to take to the office. Keeps my coffee hot all day and is very durable. Still using it and going strong since 1998.
