Help Please With Early Morning Traffic Routes (Shreveport, Plain Dealing: best, park)

Anyone please? I am seeking the best traffic routes for traveling during heavy morning traffic hours around 6:30am-7am from the South I-49 gap through Shreveport to destination street Business Park Drive. I have the on-line maps but do not know the heavy traffic areas.

With the gap in I-49 south of Shreveport, what is best route to link back up with I-49
or what is the best route (least traffic) from south I-49 gap to Business Park Drive in south Shreveport?
There's a route through Plain Dealing linking back up with I-49 south of Shreveport,
how heavy is traffic on Hwy 3?

Download the Waze app on your phone and hope people around you use it.

Waze is a combo of Google maps, the local morning traffic report and individuals that report slow downs/accidents/speed traps/etc.

When there is a problem, it will automatically route you the fastest way but again, it works the best when people report things.
