What are the nice not so expensive rental areas in Sioux Falls, that would be nice for a woman in her late 30's moving to Sioux Falls? I made my decision this March that I will have to leave Chicago, it is too violate here and people are so rude. What did you all suggest for locations in Sioux Falls.

There are many great places here in Sioux Falls to live. I would check one of the rental websites or realtors if you are planning to buy. There really isn't a specific area that is less, though I know some friends who have lived in affordable apartments in the mall area. Good luck and welcome!

I was thinking little towns like Parker, Marion, Davis, Chancalor( cheaper homes, less taxes)-- little towns to the west of SF---- Tea and Canton are becoming part of the SF mess
