Places to rent in Sioux Falls with a higher pet limit (rentals, mobile home)

Until July of last year, we were a 2 pet household - a dog and a cat. My son had developed a pretty severe illness and at the recommendation of his doctor, we got him his own dog as a therapy dog. It is not a registered service dog, and to explain his illness and how the dog fits in would take more time than I have. Does anyone know of any places that allow 3 pets? I see most rentals that even allow pets specify 2 or less. We definitely can't give any of them up, they are a part of our family.

Those didn't specify how many pets, so may be worth a call.

I've had my best luck with mobile homes allowing pets, but maybe you'll find different. Hope you find something

Where would you NOT recommend living in Sioux Falls?

We are still looking for a place, having trouble finding someone who will accept our 3 pets. I found a place where they may, but I think the area is not a good one, but not sure. I'm 3.5 hours away and can't just drive up and check it out.
