I'd hardly call the Outback fine dining. Over rated, yes.

It goes beyond the mentality of "doing their job." it about service, about only grabbing a drink order for half of the table. And for $30 a plate my water and everything else should be tended too without having to ask hundred time. Decent service is me standing there with money in hand at the counter and please for the love of pete, don't ask "do you want something?" I was on the edge of walking out.
