Default Esurance?

I currently work for a bank's call center, and to be honest is not a bad job, but I feel like getting out of a call center dealing with people's financial information may be a little less stressful, I am wondering if anyone has any experience with Esurance I see they have some Call Center Agents jobs open(some are Work at Home) and a Lost Reporting Unit, does anyone have any experience on what they do?

I would just like some information on the typical calls, tough calls, starting wage, etc?
Also you could reply if you have any other call center experience you could also include that.

I do not have any information on esurance, but I do have a question for you.

How much do you make working at a call center? Benefits?

thanks

I currently make 11.096 /hr with no past call center experience but 2+ years of retail/customer service, full time. I don't use any of the insurance as I am a full time online student so I am still covered on my parents plans, but those benefits do seem good and I have heard good things of them. My bank also offers discounts for gyms, sport tickets, attractions, movie tickets, etc. Alot of the tickets and such are minnesota as it is a MN based company, but gyms and some local things are also available.
