The U.S. Football version should be modified back to what it was 100 years ago. If you people dont know, it was more like rugby, the stupid ovoid was egg shaped like a rugby ball a real ball, not a stupid ovoid, and the players used to run and didnt stop every 5 seconds.

The NFL killed the sport to make it more profitable ($$$). Now, the players actually play for 11 minutes and each game has over 60 minutes of commercials.

Real football is FIFA, Australian Rules Football, and Rugby. The NFL is the downgraded version of football.
You are an awful, awful, stupid person.

You have no idea how funny I find this statement considering that where I went to school the football coaches use to send players that were acting up to soccer practice as a form of punishment. I specifically remember two players that came over and were on their hands and knees puking after 5 minutes.

I played in an adult soccer league awhile back and 2 of my friends that were NCAA football players played and said that soccer is far more physically punishing than football ever was. Neither of them ever made it through a full game.

@RjRobb2: I hope you are joking.

Soccer can bring some injuries when plaid as an amateur. But American Football is dangerous per se.

My brother is playing indor soccer as an amateur and there are some injuries but nothing serious.

A colleague of mine is playing American Football as a defender. He is a big man. He is also an amateur. In ten years he will be a cripple.

I really do not know how child can play American football for fun like I have plaid soccer.

Easy. Little kids are smaller and don't hit each other as hard and aren't as prone to injury. It's when they become full-grown adults, and bulked-up ones at that, when the hits they inflict on each other start to cause injury and long-term damage.
