Why start Rosicky when he usually doesn't get picked for EPL matches? Why not start Arshavin, the only man besides Nasri who can threaten off the counter attack?

I guess Wenger has set his sights on the league because he didn't begin to compete for this match. Very sad for Arsenal fans.
Cesc or RVP shouldn't have been out there. Obviously neither was fully fit. Arshavin didn't start because Arsenal had a lead and he doesn't track back well defensively.

Going into the second leg, Arsenal had been the stronger team in the final 30 minutes 2 out of last 3 times they played Barca. Think first leg, last and this year. Perhaps Wenger was looking for a similar performance, and with an aggregate lead when it became 1-1, they didn't need to score..so who's to say the Gunners wouldn't have pulled it off?

Unfortunately, we'll never know...as an inept possibly crooked ref has once more sunk Arsenal..

Paul, as a Spurs fan, even you have to admit that Milan outplayed the Spurs at White Hart Lane. Nonetheless, congrats on making it through.

As a neutral i can say that i'm happy Spurs wet through even being a Chelsea fan.

Milan outplayed Spurs at White Hart Lane but still think of Inter last year. Most teams outplayed them but they were so solid in defence they ended up winning it.

Spurs showed that they can defend as well as attack so good luck to them.

Anybody upset with Inter not going on? I wanted to see them win. I hate Robben. He sucks.

I'm an Inter and Chelsea supporter, but Robben does not suck. He is definitely one of the most dangerous attackers in the world. And Inter can count their blessings, that comeback was pure luck; we all need it sometimes.

i wasn't bothered who went through but it was one of the best games i have seen in a while, well in terms of drama, great late goal by pandev. and yeah i think robben is a great footballer, think ribery is over-hyped though

Inter did go on? They won on aggregate. Hence at the end all the Inter players celebrating and the Bayern players laying on the floor.

How does Robben 'suck' he was one of Chelsea best players and he still continues to be one of the best in the world.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

Clearly I was mistaken. Inter does move on, thank God.

But Robben does suck. He is the worse footballer there is.
