I'll put it this way. If I was ever going to make a team, I'll pick Messi before Ronaldo.

Messi is a harder worker and is more likely to try and get a ball back than lie down and roll on the ground because somebody walked near him. Much better player to have around because of his harder workrate.

Ronaldo showed what he could do when he got the ball put his head down and ran, they couldn't stop him untill he was fouled and he set up a goal that should have stood! To bad he doesn't do it more often.

Would have been a totally different game had the first goal counted. Nonetheless, it will make for an interesting final. Ronaldo will just have to come back stronger next year...

I'm not sure which narrative you were viewing yesterday's game in, but it was Barcelona doing the majority of the diving. Like on Real's disallowed goal; those guys deserve an Oscar for their work. Mourinho put it best, but I'm not in the mood to regurgitate his rant.

I never said Barcelona didnt dive. I was sticking to the topic of Cristiano Ronaldo vs Messi. Ronaldo has and always will be a POS diver.

If I have to choose one I think the MESSI is the best player of all time.He is like playing with hands. There is a rare chance that the defender can dis possess him.On the other side the Ronaldo is a goal scoring machine, quite good at sprinting and striking into the corner...Messi is good at short passing and last touch. Both are the backbones of there Clubs.

La Liga goal total:

Ronaldo 40

Messi 31

Ronaldo 11 goals in his last 4 games and finished on 53 for the season, not sure what Messi finished on?
