Bit late but just thought i'd make a thread for the semi's.

Should be two interesting games.
City vs united and Stoke vs bolton.
Im going to be bold and predict a Manchester city vs Stoke city final

On a side note i think its rediculous that the semi's now get played at wembley. Two teams situated down the road from each other and the supporters have a 200+ mile journey to watch the team! Add to that they will all be on the same train lines, motorways etc haha! good luck to the police with that one. Bring back using villa park and old trafford.

So who do we think is going to win the cup this year?

i have a sneaky feeling city might just do it, but if it is a bolton man city final, i think that will be the best final, cause i think that will be the closest and most competitive

FA Cup Semi Final should be a two legged affair IMHO but all you would hear is Ferguson whine about how dudes earning 80 grand a week have too many games to play.

I predict Man U vs Boltona and Man U to win though I would love to see Bolton win it.

I predict United to win the FA Cup, while were at it I predict them to win the league for the double. Even better if they could repeat '99.

Not long now then.
Looks like city wont have Tevez up front! If they play anything like they did against the scousers they will get hammered. But it's a one off semi final derby game, so the old cliche "form goes out of the window" is needed for this.
Also got Stoke v Bolton on sunday. Should be a belter, i can see stoke winning that one.

i think the stoke bolton game will be very close, stoke in the past couple of weeks have drew with chelsea, were beating narrowly by spurs in a cracker at the lane and beat newcastle 4-0, so it will be very close i think, bolton have been in great form of late but were beating by relegation threatened birmingham, so it is shaping up to be a good game, and i can't call it

I really do believe United have the goods to see off City.

As for Stoke & Bolton, that is way too hard to predict. Either way one will go on as the underdogs to take on the mighty United.
