Laugh all you want at Chelsea, they were the only English team to do anything in Europe this year.

believe it or not , manchester city have a wider traditional fanbase than chelsea , they were a decent team prior to the 1970,s , manchester is a big place and city always had a loyal hardcore following , chelsea,s long term fanbase would be much smaller , the blues have of course aquired a large bandwagon jumper following and the same thing is now the case with city

And how many top tier clubs are there in Manchester? How many in London? Yes I realize London is a larger city and metro, but when you are fighting with QPR, West Ham, Arsenal, Tottenham and Fulham, amongst others, you are not going to have a massive fan base. Chelsea still had almost 20,000 season ticket holders back in the 80s.

I call BS on this!

In the 80's Chelsea were a division 2 team, almost division 3.

in 1983 Chelsea had an average attendance of 12,672, I bet most of those were away fans

England historical attendance and performance

They kind of tapered off near the end of the season. But I would still be surprised if he does indeed leave.

We haven't been good enough all season. Kenny is not just to blame for that but he needs to fix it if he does stay. However I wouldn't be to surprised if we was sacked because FSG came out a few months ago and said he was safe after they started sacking people at LFC. Now if someone's job was safe then I would think that the best thing to do is to keep quite about it and say nothing and thats not what FSG did. I might be wrong but I have a feeling that he has gone.
