Tom Cleverly and Phil Jones are soo impressive..as is Young. Man Fergie knows a thing or two. What with Rooney too does any Englishman think England might improve on recent WC performances? DARE YE? lol

Rooney is one of the top 5 players in the world in my opinion, the UK's only true world class player who would walk in to any team including Barca, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

Of course England wont, they will be talking about winning it like they normally do then they will bottle it. Its the best part of the WC IMHO

I would take Rooney over just about every player in the world.

And yes saying 'we have a good chance this year' is part of being English. It never ends well.

But then again Ireland rarely qualify so all I really have is to basque in the England failures.

Yeh we do But then again I am not a huge fan of the Irish international team, I mainly support the League of Ireland.
