Nah in reality the standards are very poor, especially with the keepers closing their eyes and stuff.

What? Hope Solo wouldn't do that.
Are you watching the Mexican team?
Maybe most countries are spending all their efforts on the men.

i think germany, the states, france, brazil and england are looking good for the world cup in that order, the rest of the teams aren't up to much, but they 5 teams are fairly quality sides

germany womans national team would more than likely beat a norweegian division 2 side, the standard is fairly low but there is a few sides like the ones i previously mentioned, that are pretty skilful and play at a good standard

I bet youre right!

Skillwise Paull I wouldnt even think they could. Then you have to couple that with being physically outplayed, not just in tackled but in the power of shots too.

the germans look pretty powerful to me! and i dont think a norweegian division 5 side would have much skill, i enjoy watching most football TBH be it the scottish highland league, the champions league, my nephew playing 5 a side or the women! obviously the standard isn't that high, but you can still get competitive matches with good goals etc, im a fan of football in general, but without a doubt nothing compares to a high level professional mens match

Well Wambach finally got a goal, to bad USA lost though. Now they play Brazil...
I feel it was Amy LePeilbet's fault they lost, but she's just too cute to be blamed for anything.
