This is a joke. Bin Hammam gets banned but Blatter stays, eh? Sounds like FIFA. Blatter still reigns and Qatar is still hosting a World Cup. Bin Hammam served his purpose. This is nothing more than a distraction for Blatter and FIFA to use to appear to the media and world they actually care about corruption.

how can they allow the WC to be in Qatar if they ban him for bribery?

what is FIFA saying, that he just a scapegoat. I guess they'd be pissed if all those bribes were for nothing so they'll keep it in Qatar.

if he's guilty of bribing , then the WC in Qatar shouldn't be allowed, (if FIFA really cared that is)
