Chelsea thrive on being the underdogs. I think they'll snatch it. Torres to get the winning goal, so as to silence his critics forever and justify his price tag.

Didn't really know where to put it, so will put it here. It's an interesting article about the rise of the Bundesliga.

No doubt that the Bundesliga is definitely up there, but both the Premier League and La Liga generate a plethora of interest outside of their own countries, namely in Asia, South America and other parts of the world. If the Bundesliga can tap into those markets too in terms of television deals and merchandise, the sky's the limit.

In terms of clubs, the German top 4 are provably slightly better than the English top 4 right now, at least on paper. That being said, I have a sneaking suspicion that Chelsea will pull off another shock and beat Bayern.

Cisse is a fantastic player too. You can tell that the German "win" mentality has rubbed off on him. I hope Newcastle qualify for the Champions League so that he can get to play against the best.

I'm going to a local German restaurant/pub to watch the final and cheer on Bayern. Kind of feel guilty because they are semi-heavy favorites, but I'd rather see them win then Chelski, plus german beer = win.

Bayern 3 - Chelsea 1

I'll be in an Irish bar in NOLA wearing my blue and proudly cheering for CHELSEA!!!!!!!!

I just hope it doesn't go down to penalties like it did the last time Chelsea were in the final.

I will say 3-2 to Chelsea.

KTBFFH!!!!

they are actually quite similar in style but the form book suggests it has to be bayern , chelsea have done remarkabley well to make it to the final but the truth of the matter is that their form has been patchy at best all season , terry missing the final wont help either

I would agree, especially Ramires. He was solid in the Benfia leg in Lisbon and the Barcelona leg in Barcelona.

Hopefully Cahill and Luiz will be healthy.
