I'm very proud of the Dynamo...they were overmatched especially without their best player...hopefully DeLaHoya will try to get an European star to join the Dynamo in the future...

Congrats to the Galaxy!

Very good game. Houston were simply out classed today.

La=============galaxy champions 2011!!!!!!!!

Still recovering from it. I got to watch my Galaxy hoist the cup in front of mine own eyezzz! What a great experience.

As far as the game itself i thought both sides had some chances and we were unlucky not not have put at least 2 in by halftime. Keane was really sharp but just a bit unlucky...great free kick by Becks that was barely kept out, etc. But i give credit to the Dynamo...they had some good support from their fans (we sat close to them actually) and they certainly didn't park the bus.

wow!! i just rewatched the winning goal. We were sitting on the side on the other side of where the Orange/Dynamo corner was. From my angle when donovan toe poked it i thought it was gonna go out or hit the post but it went in. From reviewing the goal, the ball changed direction when it hit the ground and it looks like it was given spin by the keeper. If the keeper wouldn't have gotten a glove on it i don't think it would have went in.
