UEFA never cease to amaze me with their stupidity

Euro 2012: Dutch players hear racist chants | Live football and soccer news | ESPNFC.com

UEFA later denied that chants were racially motivated, UEFA said the crowd was protesting that Krakow was not one of the host cities for the Europe's largest international tournament.

Right because you do that with Monkey noises right? I really hope Van Bommel keeps his word.

The competition hasn't even kicked off yet, a sign of things to come? I think so!

Says on RTE that UEFA have admitted there was monkey chants!

While this is absolutely disgusting, I think UEFA needs to be shown up for the dirtbag organisation that it is with this. Brown envelops got this tourney to a third world country(s) like this and it needs to stop. FIFA next!

I couldn't wait for this game to kick off. These are the good games and its been an alright first half and I have enjoyed watching Poland play in the first 45. It was a very harsh red card. None of the two challenges were yellow cards.

Denmark v Netherlands will be a cracker I think. Ireland v Croatia should be a good game in group C because the winners could very well shape the group.

Got off to an interesting start. 10 men Greece and their 4,000 fans could have pulled an upset and beaten Poland after going down early.

Sky Sports was reporting that about 20,000 Irish fans have made the trip and will there to support the club. That's solid. I know 4 Irishmen that run a bar here in Boston that are making the trip over to Poland. It should be lively for them all.
