i would not want to do what greece did in 2004 , i nearly stopped watching football after that horror show

news is that carlos puyol will mist the tournament which is a big blow to spain and help to our chances of nicking a goal , hopefull playing in california has helped robbie and not just his bank account

Dont get me wrong I would love to watch us play good exciting football but what I mean is that I want to win it more then anything so if that means win it like Greece then so be it.

Ireland have 0 chance of winning so I would much rather see them try to play attractive football but Trap wouldnt allow that so its bound to be boring.

Lol I know imagine Ireland winning a major trophy playing for a result! Do you actually think nations like ours can get anywhere near winning tournaments playing creative, fast, passing football? I would take what Greece did anyday of the week.

So would I. I will support them whatever way they play. They got this far which is great. What we need to do now is get behind the lads and show our support.

I didn't know where to say so I will say it here, Hey Paul we could be going to Euro 2020 because it could be on our shores. Ireland, Scotland and Wales are said to try and bid for Euro 2020. Scotland will want to use Hampden Park for the final but I heard that if the GAA let the FAI use Croke Park for the tournament then Ireland will try to get the final in Croke Park. I might see you at a game mate.
