I heard rumors that Real Madrid is out to get David Silva from ManCity, is this true?
Not surprising if true. The Spanish giants are out to get every great Spanish player on their teams. Between Barca and Madrid, it's getting ridiculous.

Yes they are heavily linked with him. I would put my money on him going to Madrid. Levy wont want to sell to another PL club unless they offer a huge fee which Man Utd are not going to do. Chelsea might but Madrid will beat them to it.
Sorry about the above. I was thinking of Modric instead. Sorry. But yes Madrid do want Silva. I heard reports of a €50 million bid but that is a bit much. Just ask Chelsea.
Read in Daily Mail that Man Utd are now interested in RVP. Want to get him before City can. But they won't be able to match the wage packet that City can offer.

He wont go to Man Utd. I could see him going to Man City but he also said that he loves London and that his family are settled there. Could a shock move to Chelsea be on the cards. Either that Juve or PSG.
I don't think he will leave England for some reason. Without a doubt he wont be going to PSG and I doubt he would go to Juventus. If he did go it would be to Real Madrid, Barca or Milan the clubs will be falling over each other to get to him, the deadliest striker in Europe imo.
I predict RVP at Madrid or City - I reckon Madrid but let's see.
